Scott Spiro, Managing Director
Scott has worked in the London Property Investment and Development Sector for almost 35 years. He has been instrumental in many landmark deals during his career (as published in property press). These deals have included many Substantial Student Towers, Trophy Assets, PRS and HMO Portfolios, over 3000 residential units `forward purchased` on behalf of International funds and many more. Scott has extremely close and personal relationships with an abundance of very well-known high net worth individuals and family offices throughout the world and these ‘very close relationships’ are well acknowledged throughout the industry.
Jonathan Gaon, Investment & Development Sales Director
Jonathan graduated from the University of Westminster with a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate. He then went onto work at Carter Jonas within the Infrastructures and Development team where he became RICS accredited and a Register Valuer. At his time there he represented Acquiring Authorities and private individuals on valuation advice, disposals and acquisitions in respect to major town centre and infrastructure projects. After 4 year, Jonathan moved to Montagu Evans to work within their development advisory team, within this role he advised and negotiated for Acquiring Authorities on infrastructure projects, such as HS2. Jonathan joined the Allied team in 2022, his main role has been to build relationships with existing and new clients to deliver investment and development deals on their behalf.

Tom Lewin, Investment & Development Consultant
Tom graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2020 where he studied Real Estate Management. After achieving a Batchelor of Science degree (with honours) he then took a gap year with the majority spent skiing in the French Alps. Returning in May 2021, he began working with Winkworth in Mayfair and St James’ in the Development & Commercial Investments teams. At Winkworth, Tom focused on delivering transactional based results for a range of Commercial Investment and Development clients across London. Tom joined Allied Property Investment in January 2025 with the view to developing the firms ‘sell side’ business and to extend his relationships with private and institutional, UK and overseas principal clients across all property sectors.

Jack Pluck, Commercial Investment & Development
Jack joins the Allied team with over seven years of experience in the UK and European commercial real estate markets. He graduated from the University of Essex with a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Financial Economics and has since been involved in managing and executing transactions across a wide range of industrial and logistics assets. He was responsible for fund modelling and portfolio management across four of M7 Real Estate’s largest European private equity investments, covering 500+ assets valued at over €1.5 billion across five countries. He also contributed to the reporting of total AUM exceeding £7 billion across all portfolios. Jack now heads up the Allied commercial team and looks forward to speaking with clients focussed on these sectors.

Sasha Syson, Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Sasha graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2021 where she studied Law (BS Hons). After graduation Sasha began her work life at The Buying Solution (Knight Frank) where she remained for almost three years. Sasha then joined Teddy Property; a serviced accommodation start-up business based in the Battersea Power Station. Since joining Allied Property Investment in August 2024, she has headed up and improved the efficiencies of the administration and accounts operations as well as assisting with transactions and client relationships. All of this, is of course secondary to her role as right and left hand lady and Executive Assistant to Scott Spiro and the Allied team.
