These deals have included many Substantial Student Towers, Trophy Assets, PRS and HMO Portfolios, over 3000 residential units `forward purchased` on behalf of International funds and many more. Scott has extremely close and personal relationships with an abundance of very well-known high net worth individuals and family offices throughout the world and these ‘very close relationships’ are well acknowledged throughout the industry.
