Planning permission has been granted to demolish the former print-works building and develop a new-build mixed-use scheme comprising 56 flats: 17 x 1 bedrooms, 25 x 2 bedrooms and 14 x 3 bedrooms with an Net Sellable Area of c.39,300 sq.ft. and commercial b1 and b2 with a net lettable area of c.19,200 sq.ft.

The estimated resale value of the Residential element is c.£24.75M plus a further c.£6.75M from the commercial element. This gives a total GDV of c.£31M including the Freehold Interest.
