Allied Property Investments (London) Limited are a 40 year established, Marylebone based property consultancy. We deal solely in the sourcing, acquisition, disposal and funding of Property Investment and Development Projects throughout the UK on behalf of a selected group of private and institutional, national and international clients.

Our clients include UK and Overseas: Property Companies, Private Family Offices, International Investors, Banks, Institutions, Investment Funds and Receivers. 

Our experienced team have extensive knowledge in all sectors of the UK Property Market as well as our clients’ portfolios and their requirements. Many of our deals are transacted on a completely discreet basis at our clients’ request. Recent success has seen API transact property assets and finance deals (debt and equity) on behalf of clients with a value in excess of £1.5BN.
