These opportunities are only appropriate for clients who are geared up to take ‘true planning risk’ rather than those looking to purchase with or even subject to planning permission.

We do not and are not soliciting clients who require funding for their deals as we are not a finance house. We are able to offer equity placement opportunities to interested clients on behalf of ‘borrowers’ who are long standing, well-known clients who we consider fit for purpose borrowers with ample track records of delivery and completed transactions.
